Invoice capture solution - different Invoice type in Invoice capture transferred to D365 finance

Hi All,
For invoice capture solution, I would like to let the system to automatically create an invoice register journal instead of pending invoice from power platform.
Can we somehow overrule the logic from invoice capture in power platform to target invoice register journal NOT pending invoice? 
I believe invoice register journal tables (LedgerJournalTable) must be available in the virtual entities which are already available in the power platform side.

    As of now, this is not available in standard solution, you need to customize this.

    can we make it in Power platform to target the register journal or should we make a modifIcation in D365?
