I'm pulling my hair out.

My client has a created a test environnemetn with GP 2018 and integration manager 18.  We've replaced the integration manager database with a copy of production.  somehow, my client is still seeing the default list of integrations instead of his own.

We've copied again with a different name, changed the database from the Tools menu.  Still the same thing.  we changed the path in the IMUser_Data.xml, we changed the path in the .ini file as well.

It is still listing the default integrations.  I'm at a loss here.

You do not make changes to the path in these files. Fire up IM and click on the Options button. You will be prompted for the path.

Further to Richard's comment, for changes like this, right click and select Run as Administrator to be sure that this change saves correctly.

I'm curious... when you click Help>>About on the users Integration Manager, is the Current Integration Manager Database value the same as the Default Integration Manager Database value which is found under Tools>>Options?  If they are different then the one found under Help>>About will override the other location.

oh.. now that's some gold here.

Indeed, eventhough we had tools/option database.. the real database was completely different  in the Help Menu.

    Thanks a million.
