I'm printing a packing slip with service items. The quantity ordered and quantity backordered print fine but the quantity ordered always prints as 0.
I'm trying to do this on GP 9 on a SOP Blank Packing Slip form that has not been modified. I get the same results on both the long and short form.
Any suggestions?

You might want to make sure the Qty Fulfilled on that item is correct. Mine prints 0 as the Qty shipped if I have not fulfilled the item.
