Transfer Orders and cost price issue in AX 2012 R2

Hello, I am new to AX. Currently I am working with a Retail organization and they are using AX 2012 R2. They are facing cost price issue during Transfer Orders. The system shows a cost price different from the cost price of sending warehouse. The receiving warehouse shows different cost price. I noticed that it was reported as a bug in AX 2009. Can someone gives an idea / solution (if any) about this issue. Whether this bug is fixed or not? thanks in advance.
