Hi All,

I am using D365 Online

When I am trying to create new case record, I am getting following error in SIT environment.

What might be the reason.

"The requested record was not found or you do not have sufficient permissions to view it"

This is bit urgent. How to fix this.

    Hello Babu,

    I hope you are well.

    First, if this is a really urgent problem for you I would first suggest you to open a Ticket to Dynamics 365 support as this is the fastest way of getting help. You can do that here https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com

    Second, I would first check if your user has the Create privilege for the Case entity. To check this, first see what security roles the user has, go to Settings -> Security -> Users -> your user and on the ribbon click on Manage Roles. Note down the roles your user has and then go to Settings -> Security -> Security Roles and go through each security role you noted before and under service you should have the Case entity and see if the user has privileges for Create.
