I need to upgrade the enterprise portal server OS. Is there any guide available for the best process to follow to successfully complete this?
No such guide. May be you can check "Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 System Requirements" to make sure the upgrade OS is supported.
I had to do a uninstall upgrade and reinstall of EP to get it working.
what's the upgrade of the OS? Is it support for EP? After OS upgrade, did you try to reinstall EP? Any errors?
