some users unable to view worklist items (EP)

Hi All,

we are facing some issue  and some of the users unable to view the latest worklist items and instead of latest(2021) records system is showing 2018 records in EP Approval page. This is happen for multiple users.

Most of the user having admin permissions.

Note :- we never faced this issue. We noticed that it is happening from Jan 2021 and we verified main objects and we don't have any customization. Below are the some of the list of objects we have verified .

EPUnifiedWorkList -  Class

we can able to find user/employee records WorkflowworkItemtable 

for some user its working fine. Any suggestion would be more appreciated.

    Hi Kishore,

    Could it be the case that a user did review workflows which ran into an error before and did choose the option to resume them regardless the age?

    When a user has system administrator permissions, it can't be related to security. Nevertheless, it is not recommended to have too many system administrators in a production environment as it would set the company into a huge risk.

    We have removed some the old workflow alerts (failed / returned/rejected) for particular users and increased the count of Maximum number of work items on web part, as of now user able to see new workflow items.

    But still users are unable to short the data based on creation date to view latest once and users are keep getting error when they trying sort by creation date field on work list page and as soon as when trying to clink creation date he getting error page without proper message. Do not have much information in event viewer and we are working on it. Thanks.
