Can you import Fixed Assets?

Are you currently able to import Fixed Assets into D365 Business Edition (Financials)?

I see from the Fixed Asset list you can edit in Excel but it doesn't export all the fields you would need to do an import of new assets.

Nevermind.  I figured out how to use the edit in Excel and design the fields I need to bring data back in.  No assistance is needed

How did you fix it?  I had the data in, but no amount.

    Hello Kim,

Can you be more specific?  Do you mean that you don't see a Book Value for the asset?  You would need to Acquire the Assets for a value to show up.  You can do this through a wizard or manually on the FA G/L Journals window, which also allows you to Edit in Excel.

    Thanks,

    Chris
