Dear Community,
When running a customer journey in Dynamics Marketing some of the insights are being captured incorrectly and even the unsubscribes insight is also missing.
The insights show 0 for unsubscribes when we have confirmed ourselves by clicking on the unsubscribe link successfully but it is not appearing in the insights. Data is also being captured for a few contacts who did not receive the email or have incorrect email address.
Is there any way to handle this?

Hi,
If a contact unsubscribe from the default subscription center (tick "Do Not Email"), the "Bulk Email" field will be switched to "Do Not Allow".
If a contact unsubscribe from a subscription list (untick the subscription list), the contact will be removed from the list.
The "Unsubscribes" category in the Insights tab of an email only tracks the latter one.
