Email templates in portal

Hi,

We have a requirement to send emails from the partner portal.

We have created one custom entity and some fields like TO, CC, subject, body etc. But we have one blocker.

Customer didnt want to type the subject, body manually. What they want is the already created templates in the system and they want to select that template while sending mail from the portal.

So, Is there a way to access email templates from portal ??

Is there a way we can choose the template from the list using a dropdown or a lookup or anything on portal ??

Hi Akash Garg,

Unfortunately, there is no OOTB way to access Email Template on Portal by now. You could post an idea here to progress this feature:
