New Role Starting in Mobile Offline and Not Main Workspaces

I am new to CRM development so please bear with me if I don't have my terminology correct.

I created a new business unit with new workspaces and new security roles. All that is working as expected. However when the users logs on with new business unit they are getting the Mobile Offline/ Setup Mobile Offline for your organization page and not going to the main hope page a normal user receives.

What am I missing to have the workspaces be the default start page?
