Hi, I'm working for an enterprise with MS Dynamics Solomon 6.5 and they ask me to make a web application which use the users and passwords of Solomon, my question is how can I compare those passwords?, since the passwords in the database are encripted. Thanks for your help.

The passwords for users in 6.5 cannot be decrypted. Even if you could decrypt them, they are not useful as they are not used to access SQLServer tables. SL7.0 can be set up with Windows Authentication so you could use that capability if you were to upgrade the software.
