Cannot create new environment (either paid or sandbox one)

    In customer insights, unless the customer is a paid CI customer, the default capacity the customer gets is one production instance and one sandbox instance per tenant.

    To request more you can always open a support ticket here: Power Platform admin center (microsoft.com)
