SQL Server timeout expired when accessing Case's audit history

Hi guys,

I have encountered "SQL Server Timeout Expired" when accessing the Case's Audit History.

It was fine in the past, but today I was hit by this error. 

Any clues why this happens? I am using CRM Online

    is it a recurring issue?

    Usually it happens when someone is publishing some solution in CRM and at same time you are trying to access records.

    Or even when some bulk operation is going on in CRM like data load, you will encounter this issue.

    It is recurring today for the past few hours. I am a CRM Admin, I had checked the Data Import & there's no bulk import by users.

    Ok. It resolved by itself today, Couldn't it be MS issue? I had checked the CRM health which didn't show any abnormality.
