Hi,

If I have multiple offset GL account for one AP invoice, the question is what is the best way to enter the information in the AP invoice journal form? and Am i able to enter multiple invoices in the same form. The journal setup for 'new voucher' is = 'in connection with balance'.

    Can you provide additional details on how you want the voucher look like?

    What account(s) shall be debited and what account(s) shall be credited?

    Sam,

    Are you trying to enter multiple AP invoice journal lines in one journal with the same invoice number and different voucher, or the same invoice number and the same voucher number?

    If you are trying to do the same invoice number and different voucher numbers, you can do it, just remember to set the invoice number to be 'Accept duplicates' or 'Warn in case of duplicates' at AP parameters -> Check the invoice used

    But I don't think to do the same invoice number and the same voucher number is feasible in your case.
