Safe Pay eliminating EFT payments and void check amounts

On Dynamics GP 13 I am having issues with EFT payments and void checks showing up on my Transaction Upload. I have the Transaction Types Entry check marked for EFT to Omit Checks with Alphas and I have the check marked Voids Zero Amount on Void.

Does anyone know what is causing the EFT payments to be included and the void check amounts to be included in Safe Pay?

Partial possible answer: the SafePay "Upload Maintenance" menu option opens the "Safe Pay Bank Link Maintenance" window. At the bottom is a checkbox for "Include EFT Transactions". If that box is checked, your EFT payments will be uploaded.

I don't believe that there's an option for eliminating Voided checks from the upload, I'm afraid.

Thanks, I do not have the box checked. I tried checking the box, save, close of out GP, log back in, uncheck the box, save and upload the transactions again and I am still getting eft payments.
