Business Analyzer - SSRS Reports Outside of the Dynamics SL Reports Folder

Hello,

I'm installing Business Analyzer on a client's server and I'm finding that all SSRS reports that are outside the "Dynamics SL Reports" folder do not populate when Business Analyzer runs.

The reports are checked and moved to the right in Report Selection, but when BA runs, there's not even a white box indicating the report is even trying to run. If I upload that exact report into the "Dynamics SL Reports" folder in SSRS, the report runs just fine in BA. Is there some security I'm missing here? Why would the Report Selection show me other SSRS folders if no reports work outside that folder? I've tested this on the client's and my own test server and produced the same results.
