We are performing an in-place CRM upgrade from version 8.2 to 9.0. Our setup includes CRM Application (APP) and CRM Database (DB) servers. We have successfully applied all cumulative patches on the CRM App Server, from /3205084 December 2016 update for Dynamics 365 (online and on-premises) 8.2.0.0749/ to /4490599 Microsoft Dynamics 365 (on premises) Update 0.3 9.0.3.7/. Consequently, the CRM Deployment Manager indicates that the organizations have been upgraded to version 9.0.3.7.
However, on the DB Servers, while we have successfully installed the cumulative SRS updates up to version 8.2.28.11 we encounter an error when attempting to install the CRM9.0-Srs-KB4490599-ENU-Amd64 update patch.

The error message states, /Dynamics 365 Reporting Extensions is not installed on this computer/ even though Dynamics 365 Reporting Extensions is already installed on the DB server.
