When attempting to download the RMS Cumulative Update 5, I can't seem to get past the Microsoft Dynamics File Exchange system which just hangs. I saw a post about adding Microsoft.com to the compatibility view settings but that did not work. I've downloaded previous updates w/ the file exchange system just fine but for some reason, this doesn't seem to want to work? I've tried several different computers and always the same problem. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I finally found the issue. The Active X controls on the download page do not work correctly at all. I had to manually download the File Transfer Manager and install it offline. Now links in CustomerSource load fine. It wasn't the actual download that was problematic. It was the installation process.
Run Windows Updates for all important updates including IE 11.
If still not working, reset browser to default settings under Advanced and try again.
Same issues here. I've heard a lot of people are having issues with File Exchange on IE 10 and up especially on newer operating systems. I filed an issue with MS and finally heard back after a week. Unfortunately they just ignored the issue, marking it as resolved. I still can't download from file exchange. I get an error though about active x controls. Needless to say, MS got didn't get good marks on the survey they sent me. I don't pay annual maintenance to be ignored when they have an issue. They have reopened the ticket so we'll see what happens.
Think MS must have been fooling around with the File Exchange System but I tried again today and had no problems.
