Adding Tab to Form Breaks scrolling (CRM 2016) in IE 11

I'm having issues with mouse scrolling not working for my CRM 2016 forms. It appears that when I add a tab that is default to expand, the scrolling breaks. If I set it to default of collapse, it's fine. In some cases, I can't even manually drag the right scroll bar downward to see the other tabs. It snaps back to the top. I even tried adding an empty tab to rule out the fields. An empty tab with default of expanded also disables scrolling.

I haven't used any custom code on the forms. This works in Chrome fine.

Running IE 11.418.18362

Dynamics CRM 2016 On-premise 8.2.2.112

Hi partner,

This seems to be a compatibility issue between CRM 2016 and IE 11.

Please try to use Chrome or Edge.

Also, if necessary, please raise a support ticket.
