Hello, We use the Workflow for expense reports to be approved by the users manager. Sometimes the managers do review their "work items assigned to me" and the expense reports sit for weeks. Is there a reminder email we can trigger after, say, 4 days to remind the approver to do the task?

Hello Karen,

You will have to use wait condition on the workflow and check after 4 days by validating if the approval is complete or not and then trigger an follow up email.

Hi,

1)You can go with background workflow to achieve this use wait until condition.

2)You can also use flows to achieve this.

Thank you very much for the suggestion. Unfortunately, I don’t have the same Workflow view as you do. The “Wait” option is not part of my selection. I have tried working with the Escalation option but haven’t reached success just yet. If you have any suggestions using Escalation, I would be glad to hear them.
