SmartList trigger registration error after upgrading GP to 18.2.1100

Hi,

I recently upgraded GP from version 18.6.1060 to 18.2.1100. After upgrading, I ran GP as an administrator. I'm getting a couple of popups indicating an error was encountered while trying to register SmartList triggers. The errors are for Batch_Lookup Window Pre and Scroll Fill. Both say "Error 3":

When I clock OK on the second one, it was able to open GP normally. I'm not getting any errors, including running SmartList. I was wondering what could be causing these errors? Any help would be appreciated.

    If you have any third party products or customizations, especially SmartList Builder, we would want to rule those out.

    The best way to do so is the following:

    1. On one of the machines with Dynamics GP seeing this error, have all users log out of the GP application.
       
      2. On this same machine, re-name the entire GP directory, from an example of C:\Program Files(x86)\Microsoft Dynamics\GP\ to C:\Program Files(x86)\Microsoft Dynamics\GP_OLD\
       
      3. In Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features, right-click on the 'Microsoft Dynamics GP' instance and click 'Change'. In the options window that opens, run the Repair process. The Repair process will re-create the entire GP directory renamed, i.e. C:\Program Files(x86)\Microsoft Dynamics\GP\, without any third-party products or customizations.
       
      4. Log into Dynamics GP using this 'new' GP directory and see if we can re-create these SmartList trigger errors.

                    --If the error doesn't show, we would want to add back any third party products/customizations, one by one, testing after each one is added, to see if the error returns, which would be indicative of what is causing the error.

       --Then, add back any third party products or customizations, one-by-one, testing after each one, to see if the error comes back when posting a payables transaction.
