I have a PO, that has an October receipted line which was done by mistake.
It does not allow me to correct or cancel.
I want to delete\cancel the line.

Can you share PO status? both Status and approval status
You can receive it with negative line to nullify it.
Share the message AX2012 showing on cancellation of product receipt?

The PO has a status of Open order and an Approval Status of confirmed

There's an order of 1 quantity and nothing is received

I cannot cancel or correct it as per my first screenshot. The button are greyed out.
When you said that this PO status is Open order which means it is already opened, why you want to cancel it again? create new product receipt
I want to cancel the receipt line for October, it was not supposed to be receipted.
It is already been cancelled, otherwise PO status will be as "Received" Please try to create new receipt
