Please find below the detail of the issue:
the initiator of Workflow receive a non expected second notification by Mail when workitem is rejected :
A PR is created and submited to the workflow then an approver accept and reject the Work item :
the initiator receive :
- a first mail that content all detail for the the PR : it is ok with the Workflow setup of the review step of purchase resuisition line WF.
- A second mail with the following content :
"Dear User
"The current record has been returned to you, or you have been asked to make a change. Perform any required actions and choose resubmit to resume processing.
Please login."
I have checked all Worklfow steps and, I can't find any setup related to this second mail . this mail is confusing for the user ( intiator of Workflow) because without any information of the PR .
Is it a standard mail notification when a workitem is rejected ? Where should I investigate ?
