Consignment Inventory

Hello,

Our company is attempting to set up inventory that is "consignment" inventory in Business Central. Is there an efficient way to import mass QOH including customized serial numbers? A colleague referenced that we could use the reservation entries table, but I'm not sure how it relates to the item journal entries table. Any help, or guidance would be appreciated.
