Bug in production extention

Hello experts,
 
I have ran into a bug in my Production environment, but I cannot recreate the bug in my Sandbox environment. They are both the same versions. 
 
What steps should I follow to find it?

    Have you tried copying your production environment to a new sandbox one?
    In this new sandbox you could recreate the problem with the same data and situation as production.

    As suggested earlier, try copying production into sandbox and debug and fix the issue.
     
    If you still cannot replicate the issue in sandbox, then you can use Snapshot debugging to debug issue in production.

    It depends on the type of bug you have. If it is caused by a data problem, it is recommended to completely replicate the environment.
    If it is caused by code, you can also try to debug it in the Production environment (Snapshot Debugger).
