Onsite Crm 2016/365 causing high CPU on Client machines

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

When accessing CRM through Internet Explorer, or Via the Outlook Plug in, the client machines are experiencing very high CPU utilization. This is causing major issues to the point where they have to reboot their machines.

The server is not having any of these issues, and appears to be working fine with no issues.

Then I would suggest to get in touch with Microsoft and open a support ticket.

yes, and I've disabled that on my machine, and still having the same issue. its really weird, as i was hoping that the 2.2 roll-up would help in resolving the issue, but it didn't. Dang...
