Onsite Crm 2016/365 causing high CPU on Client machines

When accessing CRM through Internet Explorer, or Via the Outlook Plug in, the client machines are experiencing very high CPU utilization. This is causing major issues to the point where they have to reboot their machines.

The server is not having any of these issues, and appears to be working fine with no issues.
