Hi All,
If Name of an employee is changed. Eg Name - "Siddhant Singh" is change to "Siddhant" with same personal number.
Please confirm if I will change same in AX, back dated entries, Time Sheets, Leave management system will get affected or not.

There is no impact when you change the name. In most cases, the employee name is a display method on forms where you use your personnel number. In that case the new name will be visible.
As Andre said, it has no impact because the name is not the "key" / unique identifier of the employee. It's just one property of that person and it can be changed. You can verify it by yourself quite easily, too.
The system will also keep the old name in a history table (DirPersonName) so that you will actually know what was the name of the person on a given date.
As others have answered, the employee's name is not a unique identifier, so there is nothing wrong with changing it.
