Not able to add account structure to ledger

While adding account sturcte to ledger i am facing below issue.
The synchronization is currently processing another account structure or activation. Please wait a few minutes before adding another account structure to the ledger. 
As of now no job is running for such task.

    According to the error message, you can check if the account structure has been activated. If the account structure is assigned to the ledger, this activation may be a long-running process because all unposted transactions in the system must be synchronized to the new structure. .You can track the activation status by choosing View Activation Status above the grid on the Account Structure page.

    The problem mentioned has been resolved. Initially, there was a job for activating a structure that was apparently not visible in the batch jobs form or the database. After conducting some research and manual adjustments in the dimensionconstraints tree table, I updated the isactivating status to 0.
