I don't know how the setup Coupon, Gift card, Voucher in AX Retail 2012 R3. Could you help?.

I have setup some Coupons in Call Center module.
the customer requirements:
1/ Voucher / Coupon will be entered on cashier screen when payment and validate voucher / coupon number. The system does not allow input if there have been.
2/ Voucher / Coupon is valid for face value or discount percent, with time to use this Voucher / Coupon corresponding to set up promotion.
3/ Voucher / Coupon for customers is only used by the customer and managed by the customer number.
4/ Voucher / Coupon: Customers only need to read Voucher / Coupon code which is discounted and worth using once / bill not to add multiple vouchers for 1 bill payment.
I don't know the standard AX Retail support?.
