Message in Journal Transactions screen

Good morning, does anyone know what properties the calendar control has?
Inside the Journal Transactions screen in General Ledger there is a date field, I want a message to appear when they enter or select the date; do you think it can be done?

I'm use Dynamics SL.

Obviously I know that the forum is from Dynamics SL, but you should know that the forum does not exist and when I published the question they moved it to the Dynamics Finance forum.
