How to add new items in purchase requisition?

Hi Everyone,

I have opened a fresh environment with Demo data and I am trying to create a Purchase Requisition in USMF Legal entity.

When I click on this item number drop down it is only showing me these four products

I want all my released products to appear here. Can anyone help me with this?

    Not all products are visible, company procurement policy defines what products are available in procurement category.

    Company policy restricts, to this category. This category has a limited number of products

    How can I change that?

    I have added a new item to this category but it is still not showing in the drop-down

    Hi,

    Can you also check Purchasing policies > Category access rule , do you have all categories allowed and also you have your all categories active

    and also publish your CatLog

    Hello, 

    Likely as Saurabh indicated. Navigate to the Procurement Catalog.  If the <Default Update Type> is Both or Static, you probably need to publish the updates you have made by adding items to a category.
