Hi there,

We ran a rollup and revalue at our Fiscal Year End and have the journal entry...

What we would like to do is find the detail of one of the items rolled up...how do you drill into the detail of the Standard cost revaluation?/

    Tami, do you mean you want to drill back from the JE?  If so, I don't believe there is a way to do this.  The only way I know of to see the details of the cost rollup is to review the Standard Cost Maintenance or Standard Cost Changes window contents available in the Item Card Go To button.

    Yeah...we have 16000 items...I need to drill in by the amount.\date etc

    It must be stored in a table somewhere??

    I'm not sure it is stored.  It's possible it's held in a temp table until you do the Revalue and then gets dumped.  Maybe Redbeard or Bron can chime in here with some insight.  Better yet, I suggest you email them both Tami thru this forum.  Redbeard is a regular contributor as is Bron Tamulis.  They are both extremely familiar with GP MFG.
