sharepoint access based on owner access of the record

Hi,

I have sharepoint integration enable for document attachments to contacts and other entities.

I want the user to be able to access those sharepoint location/folder/files on which they have owner access of the record. For e.g. my security roles are designed such way that i can see assigned records to me only. In which i am set directly as a owner or part of owner team.

if the my user/team is set as owner on any record, then those records attachment i should be able to see only.

Hi,

You can refer to the following documentation to configure the permissions of your security role.

Basically, you just need the Read privileges for the following items.

SharePoint site

SharePoint Document Location

Yes that is fine. but the issue is, lets say the total record in case table are 5 out of which for 2 record i am owner.

So i can only see 2 case records in view. I open one of the case and upload document. Now when i go to document locations i see uploaded file under case record folder. I can see other cases folder on which i dont have owner access.

i want to restrict the users to see only those folder on which he/she has owner access
