Create pricing for monthly subscription billed in annual increments

What is the best way to build pricing in Dynamics 365 for subscription pricing?  What we have are published per user monthly rates but must be purchased in annual increments.  Optimally we are able to show the monthly amount, number of users, and total amount.  We would want to enter the quantity and number of months and have the system calculate the extended amount.  Below is an example.

Monthly No Users No Months Extended Price
$50 10 36 $18,000

Were you ever able to figure this one out? We have a similar need in which we have to add the monthly price but I could see it being useful to add the extended price for the contract.

    Thanks!
