Hide/Show Button based on Value in LookUP Field

Hi, 
 
I have a Lookup field which is a polymorphic field (for two entities).
 
Is it possible to hide a button on a subgrid's view in the command bar, depending on the value of a lookup field? In other words, if the lookup contains an account value, display it on the Command Bar.
 
Does anyone have any insights on this?
