How to Capture data of Marketing Form by sharing on Social Media

Hi,

I have created a Marketing Form in Dynamics 365 Marketing and placed it in a landing page on external site using embedded code. Now I am sending the page in in customer journey to open and register by filling the form. It is working fine and data is capturing in Dynamics from Form if user is opening by clicking on email link.

My Requirements.

1) I want to share the form on social media (linkedin, facebook. twitter). How to capture data from it.

2) If user open the direct link and fill form, How to capture that data. currently its not working in my case.

    Hi Hamid,

    Thank you for your question.

    1) The links that are shared in social media cannot be tracked, only Anonymously. The form itself on social media is not supported.

    2) These interactions will fall as Anonymous unless the same user goes in from the same device/browser after opening the link in an email that you have sent. Once a behavior cookie is dropped, we keep tracking this person. Another reason might be because of the specific browser that they are using that blocks third party cookies such as Safari.
