Microsoft Dynamics GP (Archived)

Is anyone else having problems downloading GP 2015 and 2018.

I got this trying to Download GP 2015, and a similar message for 2018. I tried reaching website support, and there was no response.
In order to resolve this issue as quickly as possible, please contact support and reference error ID: a100ca93-bc2c-4ff2-acad-9c792ec8d47e.

    Is the problem that you cannot get the download to work? I've had this happen and simply tried a different machine.

    If you haven't already, I'd recommend looking at the following:

    mbs.microsoft.com/.../fileexchangeissue

    Otherwise you can try different browsers and/or different machines.

    Worst case scenario, create a support case and we can get you the files you need, uploaded through an FTP site in the support case. We don't normally charge/decrement a support case if no other technical support is needed other than you need the files.
