Subgrids Not Showing the 'See the records associated with this view' Button

Posted on by

Hi ya'll!

I have an issue where the majority of the subgrids on a form doesn't show the 'See the records associated with this view' Button. Does anyone know why this might be the case?

I have read all other threads on DC about this issue, but it haven't helped me solve the problem yet.

Thank you in advance!

Btw: I'm on Dynamics 365 On-Premise

    Hi,henrikny!

Yes,I came cross this problem in recent development, the solution is very easy, you just need to set "Display Option" to "Use Plural Name"  of Current Entity and Other Entity in I:N relationShip or N:N relationShip .

    Thanks Allesandro!

Yes, I tried adding the entities to the navigation, but they aren't available for me to add. I made sure I had the necessary relationships as well.

Do you know why this happens?

The reason you're not seeing this button appear is because you don't have the entity that the sub grid is showing in your Navigation of the Form.

Take a look at this link and this should resolve the issue:

    community.dynamics.com/.../context-sensitive-sub-grid-commands-in-crm-2013

At the bottom of that post it discusses the 2 things that happen when you add the navigation in.  One of those is that you get this button.

    Thanks

    A.G.
