Is there a mobile version of CRM that will run on an iPad or iPhone? Blackberry?

    Hi Jeff,

     You have various options.

    Out of the box there is an online only mobile express that runs on just about any mobile browser:

    If you need offline or advanced options then there are a couple 3rd party tools.  One is ten digits, but there are others:

    If you need something that will run on both platforms, there are two solutions that I know of:

    1. Mobile express: This is free and out of the box with Dynamics CRM 4. However it does have some restrictions on functionalilty e.g. you cannot complete appointments in it directly.
    2. CWR Mobility (http://www.cwrmobility.com/). Not free but, from what I hear, does the job. I believe there is also a free demo iphone app version you can download which may help you assess it.
