Is there a possibility when importing Marketing List (.csv file) using Dyn import tool to relate it to specific campaign (already imported)?
I tried to add custom field in the Marketing List entity (Lookup on Campaign) but the campaign in not visible in the Campaigns section on the view.

Just found this question on the classic marketing domain in Dynamics 365. Let me try to add a but of information here:
Adding a Marketing Lists into a Campaign is a process that requires little more business logic that import can deliver. You see that when you add a marketing in the UI to a campaign with the dialog that asks the user whether the lists shall also be added to all not yet distributed campaign activities in the campaign.
The campaign has 4 out of the box 4 n:n relationships for marketing lists, product, sales literature and related campaigns, which are implemented with the internal campaignitem relationship entity.
A custom field will therefore not reflect the data that need to be captured in the out of the box relation.
You can of course utilize the XRM SDK or look at the Common Data Services in order to realize import of related data.
