D365 F&O project onboarding and environment setup

Hi expert,
 
I am working on D365 F&O fresh implementation where I need to start from scratch.
I need to perform DevOps setup, project onboarding, project setting and environment setup.
 
I never performed above processes earlier and looking for your advise to start.
Could you please advise from where I will start to perform?

    You have some follow up questions. Let me try to help you.
     
    1. The Dynamics 365 licenses will only allow for deploying, configuring, and using the application. 
    2. You can start for free with Azure DevOps, but depending on your needs, you can buy additional users or capacity. You can learn more here: Azure DevOps Services Pricing | Microsoft Azure
    3. This will be an account of your own choice. You can use a service, a user account, or both. For pipelines, probably it will be better to use a service account that will continue to work regardless position changes.
    4. This is indeed to be configured in Azure DevOps. Learn more here: Use personal access tokens - Azure DevOps | Microsoft Learn
    5. A tenant admin is a global administrator within your organization.

    Might be my questions are silly but want your clarification -
    1. When I Purchase Licenses, What other things I will get from MS?  
    2. Along with licenses,  will I get Azure DevOps subscription and if yes then at which step we will use Azure DevOps subscription?
    3. Which account I will use for DevOps login?
    4. While LCS project onboarding, to setup Azure DevOps we required "personal access token", 
        Can I create "Personal Access Token" from Azure DevOps?
    5. What is Tenant Admin ? and how I can create & configure LCS project
     
    It would be great help If you can help me to understand above process steps wise.

    There's lot's to do, and it would be a huge task to cover everything in detail. but this is the kind of checklist you will be looking at doing initially:
     
    Purchase Licenses (Min is 20, you can add more later)
    Tenant Admin can then create & configure your LCS project (or PPAC depending on how soon you are doing this)
    Create an Admin account
    Provision the included sandbox environment from LCS using the Admin account, its just a few clicks. Maybe put demo data in there initially.
    Provision the attached dataverse environment (1 click in LCS)
    Create an Azure DevOps project
    Create an Azure Sub for your Clout Hosted Dev Environments (or provision UDE dev environments)
    Choose your source control strategy
    Create a Build and release pipeline from your code
    Deploy a package
     
    There are lots of other things to consider and this is a big oversimplification of the process. Take a look at the success by design documentation, and consider starting out with an ALM strategy, there is lots of info in there to help.
