Not sure what we are doing wrong.  When we create a Quote (and verify that the yellow "Quote" icon is displayed) RMS shows the full balance due in the F12 tender window.  We were expecting a balance of 0 until customer decides to convert the quote to a sale.  RMS with CU 5.0 installed.

    you set option of allow quote to save tender information so it just keep tender information not effect in your z-report amount

    you can disable this feature from store operation manager --> configurations --> option

    Allow save Quote tender information
