'Track Set' and 'Regarding' features in Outlook disappear intermittently

CRM : O365

O/S: Win 7 Pro 64-bit

PC: Dell E7440

Features  'rack set' and 'regarding' in Outlook disappear intermittently.

Rebooting the laptop usually bring them back within Outlook.

Troubleshooting:

- disable and re-enable CRM plugin in Outlook

- uninstall CRM and re-install

The issue still occurs.

Any help/feedback is appreciated.

    Sorry for my delayed reply.

    Whether this issue is resolved now? If not, do you try to uninstall and reinstall the Dynamics CRM for Outlook Client?

    Besides, in the initial post, you mention that you disabled and re-enabled the Dynamics CRM for Outlook add-in, did you enable both of them in the following screenshot?

    Then, if it still doesn't fixed. You need to use Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook Diagnostics to troubleshoot this issue. It may give you new direction.

    And I confirm that the Outlook email address and Dynamics 365 email address are identical.

    Thanks for the feedback.

    That is accurate, the features in Outlook disappear intermittently for no reason.

    As it is a corporate environment, giving the user admin rights is not an option.

    I could probably try on a test machine, using a test account.

    Hi Pierre,

    Do you mean when you open an incoming email in Outlook, the ‘Track’ and ‘Set Regarding’ buttons disappear from the Outlook ribbon?

    If my understanding is correct, whether your Outlook email address matches your Dynamics 365 email address?

    Besides, another way would be to give this user administrative rights in CRM and see if these appear.
