    Hi Reyaz, 

    it sounds like an issue authenticating with SQL "Login failed for user 'NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM'. What version of AX are you running? 2012 R2 or R3

    Can you open Database Utility and "Test Connection"? Are you using a Service account for the sync service? is it a domain account or NT Auth?

       i am using AX 2012 R3,  database utility test connection is ok, it's NT Auth account

    Can you try replacing your sync service account with your domain account as a test and try again? it will rule out SQL permissions as you can test Database Utility with no issues.

    Else create a service account and grant it SQL access and try that.
