Can Microsoft Dynamics GP be used by a PEO?

Can Microsoft Dynamics GP be implements for a company that provides such services as comprehensive payroll, human resources, large group benefits, safety & risk management, and training for 200+ companies?  I’m curious to know how it could support running payroll for up to that many companies with a two week period of time.  The type of business I’m talking about is called a PEO (Professional Employer Organization).

    Hi, technically running that many companies and their related users should not be a problem. Once your hardware and connectivity is scaled accordingly, GP can accommodate the processing.

    However, depending on the legal set up, you may not be able to do what you want based on the End User Licence Agreement. Questions that would need answering include:

    1. Is the PEO company (That would be investing the GP) a bureau type business, providing outsourced Payroll and Accounts management to client organisations? Or are all of the 200+ companies part o a corporate group?

    2. Does the PEO company have any beneficial interest in the 200+ companies? If so what percentage?

    3. Is there a parent organiation that owns / has controlling interests in the PEO and 200+ companies?

    If your intended use is not allowed by the EULA, there are alternatives.

    I personally worked on Darwin in earlier years and it is a best one in my knowledge which is based on GP.
