Always print a report on a specific printer

Hi,

How would you set up that a specific report should always be printed from a specific physical printer?

In this scenario it is a label that needs to be put on a box before shipping.

All users have physical access to this printer.
All users have permission to print to this printer.
The printer is on the same network as the users on Business Central.
Ideally a solution without Printnode or similar third party app.

Hello.

First of all, you need to define your physical printers in Business Central : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/admin-printer-setup-universal-print

Then you need to assign printers by using printer selections : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/ui-specify-printer-selection-reports

Thanks Umut. This seems to be a good solution.

It seems like you don't need Printnode as much anymore now that Microsoft has given us an alternative.
