We have just implemented MS CRM 4.0 and having problems with mail merge. When the data is taken in MS Word and if I follow the steps,and wizard, I then add the the Address Block within the mail merge wizard with MS Word. The problem is when the data (Contact, Company name and address) is imported in, it inserts a comma after thecompany name. The address field is fine. So for example:
John Smith
ABC Ltd,
123 Street 1
Town
Postcode
Does anyone know how I can remove the comma's? I am using Office 2003 with SP3

I have the same question (0)In Word mail merge you can select for the address block, that the address shall be formatted according to the formatting rules of the address country. If this does not help you, you could build your own address block by inserting the single fields of the address to your document.
