Differences between ProjOps and Projects in F&O

Hi everyone,

I'm actually an intern looking for differences between ProjOps and projects in F&O.

Can you help me to find something (videos, documents...) which explains why someone would choose ProjOps instead the Projects module in F&O ?

In the Docs section there is a depth explanation of each but nothing about which one is better for certain operations, or, in other words, more suitable for different company cases. This could be very useful while approaching to the prospect
