RMS HQ Manager crushes on using 'SuperGrid' control of QSControls2.ocx

Hi all.

We have a customer, who have RMS HQ on Terminal Server thin client machines. When trying to open RMS HQ Manager, it gets this next error "Can't use the 'SuperGrid' control of the QSControls2.ocx file" and the RMS HQ Manager crashes. When trying to open RMS HQ Admin there no issues...

I've tryed re-installing RMS HQ or replacing the QSControls2.ocx file, but still got the same error. Anyone have experianced something similar or had the same error??

Any help would be welcomed,
